Christmas only happens once a year so do something special and make your own Christmas cards. Customize one of these pics with your own message and send it via email or post it to your blog or Facebook.
Christmas cards are obviously given in celebration of Christmas and usually exchanged in the weeks running up to December 25th, conveying to the recipient a sentiment related to the Christmas season. There are any number of possible variations on the typical greeting, but they often revolve around some simple sentiment such as "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year". We like to think we offer some more original Christmas cards.
Religiously oriented Christmas ecards will often contain depictions of the Nativity or Christian symbology like the Star of Bethlehem, or white doves to represent the Holy Spirit and/or Peace. These days many Christmas greeting cards are secular and show more contemporary traditions such as Santa Claus or modern symools associated with Christmas like candles, holly and Christmas decorations.
Personally I would rather do something a bit more unique and interesting. The images you see here are all creative commons licensed images from pro and amateur photographers. Use them to create your own unique Christmas cards and do something a little bit different.
Most Christmas card sites have the same old images, but ours are Christmas themed photos posted by users online under a Creative Commons attribution license, so you are free to use them to create Christmas photo greeting cards.
